This is scary 10162014

This is scary.  Between that and the Ebola  you don’t know where to go.  I can hear some one hacking the proverbial lung far off.  Hawk has said we shouldn’t be worried but if things keep changing maybe we should?  I just found out that a student was admitted to Yale last night with Ebola like symptoms.  As one of my co-workers said we have to be cautious but not become prisoners in our home.  We have had a message from the President of the University this afternoon.  He is directing us to the Yale News Site and the CDC site as well.

Those weird headaches are still going on but I took the tylenol and they have been minimal.  I haven’t had the muscle spasms either.

food intake: coffee (2) w/sweetener and half and half. 1 cookie.
