Had several dizzy spells

It started midday and had finally passed before I got to Debra's.  Yes I am going to call at least one of the doctors.

today I had coffee, a buttered muffin, and nuts, a bowl of cereal with milk and one Twinkie.  I took med.  Went to bed early.
