I am getting uneasy

I know I have been mentioning how that I have arthritis in the neck but I am wondering if it is spreading into my skull.  I know that I have been mentioning my sleeping on the back of my head hurts on one side and now and then I get dull pain in different spots.  What could this be?  Could it be problems in the brain?  A part of me is afraid to say anything about it and the other part is envisioning strokes or something.

Food intake so far:

2 cups of coffee w/sweetener and sugar and half and half.

1 cup of mixed berries

1 bowl of cereal with milk 1 cup of milk

took the plaquenil

I think am getting a cold too.  I did some sneezing

I have had a few head spasms or whatever you want to call them.
