BReakfast:

14 oz coffee with sweetener, and cream

1 protein shake (water, 2 scoops of powder)

no walk as of yet.  need to catch up on postings...

lunch: Heirloom Tomatoes and Mozzarella with grilled vegetables (salad) no dressing

1 rice krispy bar and 1 nutri bar.

Bowl of fruit snack

Dinner: 2 cups of sauteed shrimp seasoned.

No walking and didn't go to the gym.
