Once again sleep was elusive.  Didn't sleep until 3.  No early morning walk.  Will be going to class tonight.

Breakfast: Protein Shake.  2 scoops no fruit or yogurt.

snack: 2 yogurts and coffee.  Chobani mango and Chobani Pomegranate

Lunch: Chobani Mango yogurt and Protein Shake.

Signed up for classes for the next three days.

dinner cheese burger no bread.  steamed vegetables:

class: was tough.  Sean worked us hard,  ankle hurt.
