Another exclusive class with Dan.  I was supposed to go but slept in.
Had a protein Egg-white scrambled w/cheese on rye for breakfast with coffee.  For Lunch 1 slice of veggie pizza and the shake.
By ten had done 2654 steps. By 2:53 pm 5663 steps not a full 2 1/2 miles of walking yet.
Had lunch 1 slice of veggies pizza and 1 protein drink. 
Dinner cheese burger with grilled onions and onion rings.  Lots of water.
