Didn't go to the gym this morning.  May do so tonight depending on weather.

Breakfast: Coffee, Broccoli and cheddar egg white omelet with fruit. nuts and fruit snack 1 cup

lunch time walk.  By the time I got back to my seat I had 6571 steps.  May just go for that walk I planned on.  I had a shake.

diner was another cheeseburger without the bread.  1 pickle and the lettuce and tomato on top.

After dinner walk.
