two days and no excuses but

here it is;

Today:
Lots of coffee and tea two doughnuts and a tamale.  half a corn muffin and some bread and tomato salad that mom made from a recipe from Cousin Judy (RIP).  Ice Cream,  omelet with vegetables and sour dough bread toast buttered.

Friday I had a bagel with butter lots of coffee-for dinner I had Salmon grilled, peas, potato cakes (not good for us no question).

i have been taking the warfarin religiously.  I haven't taken the iron pill or the stool softener regularly. TMI!

Got on the scale this morning 214 lbs.  I am pretty sure its more now that its late in the day and everything has shifted.

I finally got the labwork done this morning it should be ready by my appointment wednesday.
