I get the INR checked today.  I hope its up.  I need to order some more by the way.  Left hand is stiff.  Since last night...tht's because I had

french fries and cheeseburger for dinner and ginger ale 2 cups of tea with sweeteners and half and half-last night

I had a bowl of cereal for brunch and two English biscuits-yesterday

cereal and coffee and cheeseburgers for Saturday

Friday I had chicken sandwiches for dinner and cheeseburger and fries for lunch.
