THE VERMONTER... fried egg, sausage, sharp Vermont cheddar, on a French toast bagle with maple butter

3 cups of coffee-sugar, half and half

1 cups of pesto Pasta Salad

Water

Walked 1 mile:

for dinner.  It was left over lamb, carrots, mashed potatoes, and cauliflower it was delicious.  I had dessert around 9.
