Coffee w/sugar and milk
1 naked fruit juice (didn't like this one)

Lunch:
vegetable and beef soup w/roll
water

Supper:
eggplant, pasta salad garden salad, sausage and peppers, coffee (with sugar, half and half) 1-6 oz diet root beer.

snack: tea w/sugar and milk and cheese pieces. 1 Large Orange and 1 slice of apple pie.
