Hard a hard time getting to sleep..back ache and muscle spasms.  I kept thinking I was pushing into the small ribs and the more upset I got the less I was able to breath. 

I had breakfast this morning and the meds  I have had a few more spasms and the knot in the center of my lower back is returning.

Lunch: chicken and stuffing Milk
snack 2 pieces of chocolate 1 cup of tea with milk and sweetener

Dinner:

Pot roast w/corn and butter
2 cups of milk
2 slices of raisin toast w/butter
water

took the ibuprofen.

I did get dizzy a couple of times today...not a great feeling.
