Lots of food today

breakfast: 1 cookie and 1 cup of coffee

lunch/dinner/party:

empanata, baked ziti, macaroni and cheese, roast beef with gravy, celery sticks, buffalo wing sauce/dip, cheesecake, bungalo cake slice, brownies,

drinks: 1 diet snapple ice tea, 2 cups of coffee w/sugar and half and half, water

did have charlie horse pains in my foot..had a little hard time walking...also fell.

Got word that the Weight Watchers @ work program starts on Thursday whoohoo..
