I had a long night..the back bothered me and the side.. took tylenol late..finally got some sleep.

Lunch was 4 Chicken wings and a 16 oz coffee.  Water.

snack 1 piece of pie.

Dinner 1 bowl of beans...1 16 oz of apple juice.

I haven't had spasms today but I expect that when I go to lie down for the night it will start up.  But for now it feels good.
