In the last few days

I have been so busy that i haven't written in here...

Sunday morning I had cereal (organic raisin bran)-I had a couple of juices cranberry at mediplex

Cereal late in the afternoon..

2 cups cappuccino-caused me to have gas pains or something

2 cups of soda

Monday:

cereal (cherrios)

dinner-chicken stew
tomatoes and cheese

ice cream

Tuesday

Cherrios
candy
pound cake

2 diet sodas

side of my left leg by the knee hurt...and my left wrist hurt. took Ibuprofen. it felt better later.

today-1 cup of cherrios (no milk) water-1 cookie
