Another 2 days

It has been another 2 days...I think I have found away to ward off the aches when I end up having salt. Drink lots of water. I asked Mom about it yesterday and she said yes it can help.

The foods I had yesterday included peanut butter, hotpocket pizza roll, candy, ham, potatoes, potato chips, bread, pumpkin bread, and milk.

I went walking for 20 minutes yesterday.

Today, I had candy, peanut butter, Rigatoni in suace with broccoli and chicken, 2 pieces of chicken
water..

No aches to speak of.
