Had a pretty good night last night. I had the runs a little but I suspect that had to do with the sun dried tomatoes or the bowl of nuts I ate recently.

yesterday:

3 cups of cherrios through out the day
water

dinner
2 servings of baked macaroni and cheese and 1 stuffed pepper
3 or 4 cups of milk

1 bowl of walnuts

Today:

Water
1 cinnamon/raisin bagel with butter.

Dinner:

Bread and butter
2 glasses of diet coke with Lemon
Cream of potato soup
blooming onion
Fried Shrimp w/french fries

upset stomach took meds
