coffee w/sweetner and half and half

2 packets of instant oatmeal w/apples and spice

went on a walk for twenty minutes at lunch time.

Dinner:

3 or 4 slices of stuffed breads
chips and salsa
1 cracker and cheese
1 mini quiche
water
1 brownie
