Leg Cramps today

My leg hurt all day until I took ibuprofen.

V-8 juice
pasta salad

coffee w/sweetner and half/half

dinner:

eggplant and chicken w/onions
ice cream 2 dishes
2 yogurts
2 glasses of juice
ibuprofen

Hands hurt tonight.
