Left hand still hurts a little

My left hand still hurts a little. I took the plaquinel and the ibuprofen this time I took only 2.

4 pieces of candy

1 bag if popcorn

1 small bag of baked potato chips

dinner

3 pieces of breaded baked chicken

three potateos cut and buttered and baked
2 glasses of milk

Hands are better. I did have a headache but took two ibuprofen and its gone. I had two yogurts tonight one blueberry, the other strawberry.
