The fingers hurt again

I think this is the 4th day in a row. The arms seem okay but the fingers still hurt. i have taken the night time med (plaquinal an ibuprofen.) The rest of my body doesn't hurt too much. I already know why it is doing this.
The constant use of it but its the food I have been eating.
I had 20 oz soda this morning
mid day I had 1 oz bag of Crunch and munch.
For dinner:
4 slices of bread (two in a grilled cheese sandwich) butter. Milk
ice cream
2 diet sodas
handful of nuts.
