I took my meds this morning. hands felt better can close them without pain. This is the second day in a row that I have had pains in the hands. Could it be a flare up?
I had 1 can of Stewed Tomatoes...couldn't finish it and I was still hungry. I am starting to get a headache. The last time I took ibuprofen it was 4 and I don't want to take anymore.
I ended up taking two more ibuprofens. The headache went away.
I had three multigrain crackers
when I got home I had yogurt and a dish of sun dried tomatoes.
