busy weekend food wise

Friday:

3 pieces of baked chicken

4 pieces of candy

hash browns/western omelette

Dinner

2 crab sandwiches on hot dog rolls w/butter
2 pieces of corn.

Saturday:

3 or 5 cans of soda (diet and regular) caffeine 12 oz's each
steak and cheese sandwich
half a crab sandwich
fried clams
1 brownie
popcorn
water
1 fried dough with sauce and cheese

2 hours of walking total

Today

1 piece of peach cake (or apple couldn't really tell)

cherrios and milk w/sugar

2 pieces of chicken

Pork chop w/bbq sauce, potato salad, regular salad with blu cheese dressing, baked beans
3 or 4 peanuts
ice cream (party cake) sauces, whip cream, and bananas, cookies, and juice and soda

Arm was hurting a little too.
