lower part of the back hurt during the night. Is fine now (9:49 pm)

breakfast:

One onion bagel with butter.

1 16 oz coffee. lowfat half and half and sweetner

1 strawberry/banana yogurt

Lunch:

Salad:
lettuce
tomatoe
mushrooms
peppers
shredded cheese
broccolli florettes
a tad of fruit dip
bacon bits
water

1 blueberry yogurt
1 diet soda

1 dish of chocolate ice cream.

1 serving of chocolate mint ice cream cake

1 personal pan pizza (with mushrooms and onions)

decaf coffee with sweetner and half and half.
