Breakfast:

1 apple Turnover
1 16 oz coffee with sweetner and half and half.

2 pieces of cake w/vanilla and coconut frosting and chocolate

Gourmet Grilled cheese sandwhich on wheat. (it was brie with apples and almonds) and pickle.

Dinner:

2 servings of pena and sauce with grated cheese.
