wrist  is feeling better but late afternoon the ankle is hurting and the hands feel stiff or achy.

Breakfast:
2 breakfast burrittos (veggie w/cheese and egg)
1 24 oz hazelnut coffee w/sweetener and half and half

mid day: 1 16 oz ice tea from snapple

dinner:
 1 cheese burger with tomato 2 slices of tuscan sliced bread buttered and toasted w/ketchup
1 cup of Tropicano 50 apple juice (half the calories and sugar)
water

took medicines and rinsed a few times.  The pressure of the food on the teeth/gums didn't excite me.
