had a rough night

A few times the spasms hurt really bad but finally found a position that  I could fall asleep with little or no effort. I had a few of them this morning but not as bad as last night.  I htink what made it worse was the crying and all that.

breakfast 1 Fiber One Raisin Bran Clusters 2.5 oz  4 oz  Fat free milk,

1 cream filled doughnut w/pink frosting

Lunch: 1 Fiber One Raisin Bran Clusters 2.5 oz 4 oz Fat free milk, 14 oz Juice.

Dinner: ham omlet, toast w/butter, sweet potato, water, 1 piec of chocolate candy.

Still having a spasms not as bad-been able to lie on the side that has the most spasms...when I sit in a chair they come but do not last...I think about it in my head makes sense but when i verbalize it doesn't come out making sense.
