1 nutrigrain fruit bar.

1 20 oz coffee with sweetener and half and half

2 yogurts w/granola and fruit
14 oz Oj.

dinner was a ham sandwich with mustard and a glass of milk and blueberry yogurt Chobanis.

tonight the pains in the side are really annoying me.  It feels like it happens every other breath and I just can not seem to explain it well.  It also feels like the muscle is flapping over on it self.
