Had a better sleep...but also did have the aches again...they continue through out today.

No breakfast but had two pieces of candy

coffee w/sweetner and half an dhlaf

1 Welches Fruit snack

1 energizer mix unsalted
1 bag of animal crackers.

Dinner was leftover stuffed pepper, rice and a slice of bread with butter and a glass of milk

1 piece of lemon merangue pie. 1 blueberry yogurt

The muscle spasms continued through out the night.  I took tylenol and they seem calm down.
