took my plaquenil in the morning and in the evening:

1 piece of candy

half dozen chocolate cookies w/vanilla frosting

2 cups of coffee with sweetener and half and half.

have alittle headache and took ibuprofen.

walked 1.2 miles to and from the garage
1 Sausage Bisquit Sandwich

1 20 oz bottle of Root Beer
1 mini pumpkin muffin
18 mini cookies
.5 oz of animal cookies

I was just noticing on the lupies list that they were discussing Sojgren's disorder and the remedies they use for that problem.

1 serving of stuffed pepper
1 serving of rice w/peppers, onions, tomatoes
1 cup of water
1 table spoon of strawberry ice cream
1 cup of Apple juice
1 3 muskateers bar
