The last three days

Monday had
oatmeal
stuffed pepper
grilled chicken and vegetables

Tuesday
oatmeal
a few pieces of candy
coconut chicken over a bed of greens with mango
creamed chicken over potato

Wednesday
shredded wheat with raisins
juice
chicken with string beans and salad and choc cake with frosting
water, coffee with sweetner
popcorn

some aches and pains last night

I had some stress this morning..things not where I wanted them..people in things they shouldn't have been.

Thursday

Lunch

eggplant parm on hard roll
2 pieces of pie...
1 peanut butter and chocolate
1 key lime

2 pieces of chocolate
lots of water

dinner
2 servings of creamed chicken on toast and spinach
water

legs ache tonight.
