I got on the scale today and it read 227!!!

Yesterday I had

1 White Hot chocolate
1 piece of pretzel

1 cup of tea with sugar and milk

The rest of General Tsao's chicken and rice
ice cream

2 seafood wraps that had cheese, peppers, olives, pickels oil and vinegar
3 milks 2 strawberry and 1 chocolate
