NOt sure how I did today

cereal with milk and dried cranberries and sugar

3 glasses of crangrape juice

marinaded spare ribs w/BBQ sauce
asparagus with shredded cheese
roasted potatoes (2 or 3 servings)

half a cup of pineapple chunks

took my meds

weighed myself this morning 222 1/2 pounds

Did a lot of walking around..

legs got tired at the end of night.
