My right hand still hurts to make a fist but not as much as it did last night. I have taken the meds this morning and will take some ibuprofen later.

1 chocolate piece of cake ( 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch)
several blonde brownies
2 Peach Diet Snapple Ice tea

chex mix.
5 pieces of candy

breaded w/ butter fish and rice w/butter
2 slices of rye bread w/ butter

1 yogurt
1 dish of ice cream
