took welbutrin and plaquinel..this morning. I have no aches or pains from the lupus.

breakfast:

broccoli and cheese quiche
2 hashbrown logs
1 20 oz coffee w/sweetner and half and half.

3 ibuprofen.

had the runs prior to this.

2 spoonfuls of vanilla ice cream

1 chicken cordon Bleu sandwich (bun) w/sauce, fries and soda. onions

1 12 oz of apple juice

strawberry yoguart
right hand hurts now (possible reason the salt) took plaquinel and ibuprofen
