ate the pringles different variety-lots of water

dinner had eggplant and fish

took the plaquinel

Friday

pringles & water (really good don't you think?)

spaghetti with clam sauce
ice cream
juice

plaquinel and welbutrin
ibuprofen

Saturday

Bowl of cereal w/sugar and milk

lunch

veggies and dip
small hand full of chips and salsa
chicken Marsala
salad with Dressing
baked ziti
roll with butter
plenty of water

1 piece of corn
2 cookies (oatmeal raisin
1 cupcake with vanilla frosting
water

hands hurt took plaquinal and welbutrin and ibuprofen

This morning

hands don't hurt as much

5 pieces of candy 2 6 oz ginger ales

1 bowl of cereal with milk and sugar

dinner
spaghetti and clam sauce
1 dish of ice cream (2 scoops)

took plaquinel in AM and at bed time.

I decided to read a little more on plaquinel and this is what I got from Wikepedia:

Hydroxychloroquine is classified as an anti-malarial medication, and is one of a number of drugs which have been used for many years in the treatment of malaria. It is useful in treating systemic lupus erythematosus as well as rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogren's Syndrome (all rheumatic disorders) though their action with these conditions is not understood. With arthritis, the benefits will take several weeks to occur.

One of the side effects of plaquinel is headaches and I just happened to have that today...
