Woke up with a headache took three ibuprofens w/milk

Egg whites with toast and fruit w/yogurt drizzle
16 oz coffee w/sweetner and half and half
2 cookies
3 pieces of candy.

3 or 4 wheat thins
2 types of dip
4 cheese squares
3 meatballs in sauce
1 chocolate cake w/ Frosting

1 15.1 ozs of apple juice

1 Lean Cuisine
(chicken w/vegetables and spaghetti)
1 cup of Apple Juice

1 Scoop of ice cream
1 banana
