This week 9242013

In the week that has passed by have been trying to be aware of what I eat and my sleeping patterns.  I have had some aches and pains but not really painful.  I took the plaquenil but need to pick up some on Monday.

Finally made an appointment Dr. Volpe that’s next Saturday in the morning.

I saw Dr. Lu yesterday and he says my numbers are great.  He is very pleased with them.  My heart was fine my BP was fine (weight 234-as always needs work)..  Been eating heavily this week.

MY left ankle has been hurting again.  It would hurt to walk on it and then it would be fine it would be in cycles.
