3 cups of coffee with sweetner and coffeemate flavored
mediterrean spring rolls and salad and water-1 chocolate cake with reeces peanut butter cups.

For Dinner had the pot roast leftover from yesterday

Still had some aches in the arm..couldn't lift it really easily but after some Ibuprofin it seems to be fine.

Didn't sleep well expect to be in bed before 10...
