6 inch crab/seafood sub
3 or 4 cups of coffee w/sweetner and coffeemate flavored
2 pasta salads
no severe aches or pains...will take plaquenil when I get home. I made an effort not to take the Mobid unless absolutely necessary. I was beginning to think I was taking it more than I should have. There are not that many left anyway. I will start to take the other stuff once that's gone.
One of these days I need to go through my lupus group messages and see if anything I can pick up. I remember getting something from the Lupus foundation as well.
