ten days

This is the longest I have gone for writing in a long time. I had some aches and pains last night but took the medicine and Ibuprofen and it went away. I have been avoiding salt as much as possible. Thanksgiving was a little tough considering Mom had salt in the stuffing (it was semi packaged) and the sausage had salt too.
