It has been a week it since I wrote

been doing a lot of eating of candy, had some semi healthy foods such as ham sandwiches, pea soup, lamb and vegetables (that was monday I think), did a lot of walking over the weekend, had pizza frequently this week, and of course cereal and doughnuts.

The last couple of nights had aches and pains and had a hard time gettingout of the bathtub

We had lamb sandwiches/wraps for dinner tonight I had tomatoes and relish on mine. had 2 more spoonfull of relish. Water...piece of apple, raisin nut cake.

I had a knot in the side of my left knee. I took some ibuprofen and took a shower with power massage. It feels much better now...hands don't hurt-nothing really does right now..
