Some stressful situations and lots of food
Thursday was a bit tough in the afternoon had a fight with Mom and then went shopping vented for 20 minutes in the car with Dave. Spent time walking around got shpping done had
Rancheroladas and lots of root beer at the restaurant ended up have the bad case of Diarrhea at Ikea and I suspect it had do with not only that meal but the hummus with the peppers.
I am now a member of the Lupus ETC mailing list. My membership was approved last night. Been getting wonderful welcome messages and encouragement as well
Today much better stress level wise
had veggie wrap.
At Bob's tons of stuff too numerous to mention.
