pain in the upperpart of the hand

The reason I am guessing has to do with the food I have been eating on the outside. For two days have been eating honey roasted peanuts with sugar and salt. Chocolate candy and that's about it.

At home we have had steak and vegetables, and tonight we had turkey tetrozini and stuffed peppers.

I have taken my meds and some Ibuprofin. It doesn't hurt as much.

Found out Rich was diagnosed with MS yesterday. Not happy campers.
