Breakfasts have consisted of oatmeal (2 packages) of the variety kind

Lunches have consisted of the same thing this week.

Dinners have been chicken with breading and sauce.

had a couple of pork chops, steak,

bread, preserves, peanut butter (2 tablespoons)

a couple of sodas.

leg spasms last night, ankle hurts today.  Need to drink more water to get rid of spasms and cramps.

Made a concerted effort to walk as much as I could.
