What am doing differently? Conscious of what I eat not have seconds. 

Suggested I use stairs instead of carving out time for exercise..did that tonight.

food intake:

oatmeal 4 packages 2 at breakfast 2 at lunch

cookies

coffee w/sweetener and cream

open faced cheese sandwich 
soda

walked   3 flights of stairs in YHP and 2 in    the garage.  Knee hurt
