Feel yuck this afternoon

Breakfast:

2 pkges of oatmeal 2 1/2 cups of coffee w/sweetener (4 packets) and coffee mate.

Lunch:
Roast beef sandwich w/L&T and Swiss cheese

Dinner: Ensure

snack: handful of blueberries and a banana strawberry smoothie

Took the vitamins and plaquenil.  The back of my knee was feeling strained.
