Been Achy

Mom saw the difficulty I was having getting out of the chair (the rocking chair)  It hurts my arms trying to get out of most times (for that matter most chairs these days).  I see the new MD this afternoon.  I am anticipating adverse reactions to the blood work being done late.

This morning I had a cappucino muffin and two yogurts and coffee (20 oz)

I did have another dizzy spell I got up and spun too fast.
