stressful times

haven't been really tracking my food but eating stuff I shouldn't most recently it caused arms to swell.  Ran out of plaquenil but taking the maloxicon.  Been trying to get sleep not so sure its working.


The reason for the stress:  Mom in the hospital...she has pre-cancerous cysts.  You can probably read all about it here.
