Breakfast: cereal w/cranberries

apple slices for snacks

2 ice teas sweetened (through out the day)

Dinner:

tagliarini PICCHI PACCHIU
Fresh fine pasta in a sauce of crushed
tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and basil
w/ shrimp


Tea w/lemon, 3 slices of bread oil and rosemary:

salad w/ oil & V

Today:

eggs w/english muffin and butter.
2 yogurts strawberry

Ice tea sweetned

apple slice

ham sandwich w/cheese on toast and butter
ice cream
water
